My topic is:
A "Soda Shop" that sells specialty soda and old fashion soda will bring back emotions of days gone by and give customers an experience not available anywhere else. The specialty soda will be bought from local and national independent brewers who only use the finest ingredients. There will be soda that is sugar free and chemical free, old fashion soda made from pure sugar like was available in the1095's and 1960's and soda flavors that you remember from your childhood.
I am providing you with a SWOT that you might want to add to with your own ideas of what the Soda Shop will encounter. From this I provided an outline of the trends and forces and a synopsis of the business and supply chain as well as a few of the issues and hypothesis requirements. Forces and trends
1.New laws occurring every day in matters of health and banking. These laws can be used to build up
reputations as well as to limit competition's ability to gain funding for new projects.
2. Technology keeps communication and supply chain development. Use of companies that integrate
