1. There is a need for the supply chain to improve in General Motors, it had been making cars and selling them in the market, however, our proposed supply chain will connect dealers to the company through the internet and the GM production will adjust itself to the demands it experiences in the market place.
2. Improvement in the implementation will take place at General Motors only if the company is able to receive demand information efficiently and electronically through a web bases system. We propose an extranet based system.
