I need to prapare 1,100 words paper in which I explain the importance of my business' vision, mission, and values in determining My strategic direction. In the paper I need to include the following:

1. Define your business, products/services, and customers by developing a mission statement. Ensure that you are differentiating your product or service.
2. Create a vision for this organization that clearly demonstrates your decision on what you want your business to become in the future.
3. Define your guiding principles or values for your selected business considering the topics of culture, social responsibility, and ethics.
4. Explain the importance of the vision, mission, and values in determining strategic direction.

My business is a small export firm that exports small electronics, motorcycles and cars. These are my mission statements, vision and values:

"My company's mission is with dedication to realize global commercial transactions in the most cost-effective and valued manner. My company is committed to grant the best solutions to our customers and business partners. The purpose of the company is to help our clients to realize their dreams, goals or objectives and the most professional way. Company's Philosophy is : There is no such thing as we can't do this ! If we don't know how to do something we must learn how to do it! Our goals are:
- Increase and maintain and our network worldwide
- Expand the South America customer base
- Establish business partners in many locations throughout the globe."
