A call center has the following inputs to track.
1.Calls into the call center per hour
2.Agents answering the phones per hour
3.Calls that are not answered for a short time period. Delayed time in minuets
4.Abandon calls per hour (customers that call and then hang up after short period of time on hold).

My assignment is to develope a graph which shows these inputs and the results in an easy to follow form. A trend line is also required to track at least 3 variables.
