work teams. Among the conditions indicated for success include specific types of
organizational structures, management behavior and motivation of team members.
Motivation is of particular interest, as various members of a team meet tasks and team
projects with varying levels of motivation. However, motivation that leads to the success
of a work team, defined as "collective motivation", by Chatman & Flynn (2001) relies on the
