The strategy of the company is to make toys that are likely to have demand during the peak season. This decision is made on the basis of the previous year's demand, current trends, and current popular games/figures with children.

The five Ps of strategy are plan, ploy, pattern, position, and perspective.

My company sets objectives, allocates tasks/responsibilities, develops budgets, monitors the production/marketing process, and takes corrective actions. There are sales objectives for each distributor, and my company seeks to achieve ...
