    Mission:
    Pfizer Inc. (Pfizer), incorporated in June 1942 is committed to provide a research-based, global pharmaceutical products. The Company is dedicated to discover, develop, manufacture and market prescription medicines for humans and animals, as well as consumer healthcare products.
    Vision:
    The Company hopes to be the global market leader in three business segments: Human Health ( Pharmaceutical), Consumer Healthcare and Animal Health. It also hopes to excel in several other businesses, including the manufacture of empty soft-gelatin capsules, contract manufacturing and bulk pharmaceutical chemicals. Pfizer completed the acquisition of Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. on February 10, 2004.
