We will formulate a strategic plan for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) which is the oldest Silicon Valley start-up and largest computer manufacturer in the world. We can especially focus on printing peripherals and pc divisions. HP's generic corporate strategy is to offer products, services and solutions that are high tech and low cost and deliver the best customer experience. First of all the company's existing mission, objectives and basic approach to the competition in its primary industries should be identified. Then the general conditions must be assessed, internal & external situations should be analyzed and alternative strategies according to the outcomes of analyses should be formulated. Finally, implementation plans must be developed in order to show the possible outcomes.
