    We will formulate a strategic plan for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) which is the oldest Silicon Valley start-up and largest computer manufacturer in the world. We can especially focus on printing peripherals and pc divisions. HP's generic corporate strategy is to offer products, services and solutions that are high tech and low cost and deliver the best customer experience.
