1) Drive out Fear (actually point number 8) - This makes employees feel secure enough to express new ideas and ask questions. This also makes change easier as workers are more inclined to express their ideas about the change and it can be modified before put into place to fit both the business and the employee. Mostly, fear promotes misinformation to please higher management but those numbers may not be correct and productivity is hurt when respect is lacking on one side and the employee has no motivation to do a good job but rather just the opposite.
