    The ability to differentiate between the security policies, standards, guidelines, etc. is predicated upon an understanding of the differences that exist between these particular variables that are all important for the company, organization, or business to ensure that it has a secure and protected systems network. Therefore, the organization must ensure that its goals, objectives, and culture are encapsulated within the policy that has been established to ensure that it is able to develop the mandatory standards that will be used by the employees within the organization. The differences that exist between policies, standards, and guidelines are that policies are responsible for driving standards wherein they establish the paradigms that are responsible for guiding employees throughout the entire organizational functioning that occurs within the procedural process that occurs when the organization establishes its policy.

    In reference to the standards that should be used for the specific design-model, the organization must ensure that it develops the appropriate model that will be effective for the organizational functions of the company. Every organization will have separate standards that will define how it operates, but the organization must establish a policy that will ensure that it has the most optimal policy that will ensure that it can most effectively compete with its competitors within the industry. When accounting for the standards, these represent the specific system-designs and models that will be used for the organization and they must be adhered to by employees, management, etc. in accordance to the specific policy that has been established. ...
