The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for making sure the organization's daily operations are running smoothly. He/she will be responsible for managing inventory to ensure that the organization has an adequate supply of products in stock for consumer demand. The sales manager must have strong communications and interpersonal skills.

The retail sales manager must maintain an accurate record of cash income, outflow, and revenue. The sales manager must make sure that by the end of the day all money is accounted for. He/she must have some form of financial accounting knowledge and experience.
