Hello, Can you help me to understand and put a compensation structure in place for Kudler Fine Foods. Kudler foods have to determine compensation rates for each of the six positions Store Manager, Cashier, Stock Person, Specialty Department Worker, Department Manager, and Bagger. In order to successfully complete this task, I need to do the following:

a)Describe the job classification and market rates for similar positions in similar organizations.

b)Assess the market approach used by competitors in compensation planning. This should include a discussion of how internal and external competitiveness can persuade the development of a pay structure for various positions within an organization.

c)Evaluate the need to periodically review the compensation system.

Then, write a 2,100-to-3,000 word APA style paper describing the job classification and market rates researched in similar organizations. Discuss the research tools used and any concerns about the validity or reliability of the data. Justify the compensation rates assigned to Kudler Foods related to the market research conducted in the retail industry.
