Project termination is a difficult thing to decide and can be based on many reasons. It is a very sensitive issue within a project team and can cause feelings of frustration and failure on behalf of the stakeholders and project team. This sensitivity makes it vitally important to get mutual approval of all involved regarding project termination. There are many reasons a project can be terminated.
