Project Managment : Crash Cost Analysis

This is a problem #9, chapter 14 - Project Management, from the textbook by Cliff Ragsdale, "Spreadsheet Modeling and Decision Analysis".
This problem requires the use of Excel and the add-in, called Solver. The course is Excel-based and Solver is the optimization application used for all problems. Attached is an excel document with the data and the problem.

The following data summarizes the per-day cost of crashing the activities in the problem described in the previous question (# 8)

Crash Cost Maximum
Activity per Day Crash Days
A $50 2
B 60 3
C 57 1
D 45 2
E 25 2
F 30 2
G 65 5
H 55 2
I 28 4
J 33 3
K 40 1
L 37 2

(a) Create an LP model to determine the least costly way of crashing the project to complete in within 20 days
(b) By how much should each activity be crashed, and what is the total crashing cost?
