The company is an engineering company that hires both interning engineers, new engineers, and two staff engineers with experience in both commercial and residential construction projects. Interns were paid between $12.57 and 14.45 per hour. They were expected to do the stamping of signed off blueprints, make and confirm notations on plans of electrical and plumbing fixtures, and to handle printing and filing of blueprints of commercial projects.

New Engineers were paid $15.89 to 17.89 per hour.
