Leaders have certain qualities tthat help them get things done. Good or effective leaders possess a win-win attitude. In addition to being self-aware, an effective leader also is not afraid to take on responsibilities, even if it requires putting the organization or group first-and keeping it there. The leader must have a vision of what needs to be accomplished, and always plans, plans and plans again. A leader is proactive. And a good leader knows that she or he does not know everything, so they are willing to look to others for support. They need a vision, but also need purpose, which is the passion behind the vision.
