When investigating a working climate in a hospital I would use a combination of methods such as surveys/questionnaires and observation. Both of these methods would give me the best feedback to make my conclusion. The survey/questionnaire method allows me to get direct information from patients, doctors and other staff that are in the hospital on a daily basis. The observation method would allow me to gather information on my own or through my own resources.
