Hence, the job enlargement and job rotation offers an opportunity to foster learning new skill sets as well as obtaining business goals for completing daily required job tasks. In most cases, the job enhancement and job rotation assists smaller businesses entities in reaching their daily requirements to producing the product or service without hiring more staff members (increase labor costs).
