Hence, the job enlargement and job rotation offers an opportunity to foster learning new skill sets as well as obtaining business goals for completing daily required job tasks. In most cases, the job enhancement and job rotation assists smaller businesses entities in reaching their daily requirements to producing the product or service without hiring more staff members (increase labor costs). Try and identifying the work in America as a balancing act in using job incentives as well as job enlargement that can lead to pay increases (the employee now has an added skill worthy of higher payout and value to the company's bottom-line).
