CEO remuneration still does not include sustainability targets.
o Describe the major finding(s).
33% of the firms surveyed used sustainability targets in remuneration. These are short term targets and use social issues.
o Describe the strengths and weaknesses of the study.
The strengths are that a sample of 490 firms is used from 11 countries. The weakness is that only listed firms are studied. Private firms are not included.
