Discuss what you are passionate about and why. Imagine a time when you had an opportunity to work at something you were passionate about or something for which you became passionate. An example could be working as a tutor or on a community project that you knew would have a big impact on someone, like Habitat for Humanity. Compare that feeling to one that you had when working a job just to make some money (e.g., bagging groceries).( I have this part done so I need help to describe the second part of the question).

I just need to describe how was your passion for your career shows whether your compensation is worth it or not.

The outcome of what you share will give you insight into your passions and what inspires and motivates you. If this feeling can occur for you, it can (and does) occur for other people. It should give you a sense of how compensation does or does not work with a passion.
