A popular choice are pins with an annual company Theme or Slogan committed to a key objective or focus and drive performance for the upcoming year. These pins can have a progressive messages for recurring recognition activities as they move towards their gold pins. (For example programs where once an employee achieves 5 or 10 pins they automatically receive a gold pin).
