The four styles of creative intelligence are intuition, imagination, innovation, and inspiration. These styles present as great guiding tools in making business decisions. Each style describes the mindset of individuals and organizations while they are making decisions. There are tools which are provided by each style in the form of background, virtual picture, imagination, and past experiences which help individuals and organizations in making better informed decisions. There also are drawbacks associated with each style which have to be considered while deploying them to practical use.

Intuition: Intuitive style focus on past experience in guiding decisions. It focuses on researching on same type of situation to make an inference. This style is of particular importance to businesses since there are mistakes which were committed in the past and by analyzing those mistakes, organization can be cautious in the future to incorporate the cause of mistakes. Organizations take into account several factors like present conditions, objectives, and past experiences for strategic planning. According to Rowe (2004) he describes a CEO with this specific type of intelligence as someone who possesses a tough and charismatic personality. He further relates a successful CEO as a person who focuses on consistency of results based on patterns of successes and failures of the past.

Imagination: The imaginative style of creative intelligence targets a set of individuals who possesses strong leadership qualities, enjoys writing, and artistic (Rowe, 2004).
