1. I belong to the Winn Dixie, Panera, Walgreens, and ABC Wine and Spirits loyalty programs to name a few. I think it is better for them than me. They get targeted information about me and my buying and spending habits within their company. They often have "specials" that I do not take part in, so they are essentially not losing anything. The things I do buy within their programs are limited to those things I need or use and when they create sales, they can select what to offer through the loyalty program to gain points.
