    It is not enough to have a good marketing strategy. If you want to grow your business, consider focusing on finding the right sales team. Determine what kind of sales force you want and find steps to get these sales people. Assess if you need to hire own sales staff or less-traditional staffing solutions would be better (e.g., outsourcing, independent sales agents, manufacturer's representatives, etc.).
