It is not enough to have a good marketing strategy. If you want to grow your business, consider focusing on finding the right sales team. Determine what kind of sales force you want and find steps to get these sales people. Assess if you need to hire own sales staff or less-traditional staffing solutions would be better (e.g., outsourcing, independent sales agents, manufacturer's representatives, etc.).

If my business has taken the time to develop a marketing strategy, I feel that I should get the best sales force that I can. However, I have to consider many things in hiring of these sales staff. It would be good to hire independent sales ...
