In leading any organization, the leader must consider more than just the interests of shareholders and the internal stakeholders of the organizations. There is another group of stakeholders to consider and that is the human community in which we all live and on which the organization depends in many ways for its continued existence. The human community consists of all of us, ordinary people as well as the CEO. However, it is important to realize that these are Western values. A different set of values guides business conduct in China.
