Information technology tools can be vital for organizations. In this discussion, you will consider the needs of Dirt Bikes USA (organization and info charts attached) and identify some specific technology for that organization. I need some help in discussing these technologies:
•an e-mail communications package (suitable for an organization of Dirt Bikes' size)
•PC desktops (including monitor)
•a voice communications solution

In order to do this, you are expected to do research to identify the options and their pros/cons, present this research, and then discuss the merits of the options in order to come to a conclusion. You are not being given a budget for these items and the goal of the exercise is not to come out with the cheapest options. The goal is to consider the real needs of Dirt Bikes and identify an appropriate solution. For example, the cheapest desktops often come with limited warranties and have low reliability - this probably would not be a good choice for the organization. Also, for for example you might decide that Dirt Bikes will install the software themselves - but if you do, take into account that amount of effort. Information on the Dirt Bikes Corporation is attached in the zip file.
