Application architecture and design planning

Application architecture is the architecture of automated services that carry and execute such functional needs that have the interfaces through which structure apply the functional needs of the organization. For effective functioning, there should be only one form of application architecture and planning design, but in different organizations, different application architectures are employed. There are mainly three perspectives which are used in application architecture, these are as follow:

Conceptual views: This view of application architecture is utilized to describe the requirements of business and the business users' observation of the application to create a business model. Techniques of conceptual modeling, like activity diagrams, case analysis, business entity modeling and process design, assist to construct an explanation of the objectives of business and needs, and are free of execution know-how. This concept is followed by the organization in HR information system (Platt, 2002).

Logical views: The architects make the application models that involve logical views of the business model as they describe the way through which the business objectives and requirements are fulfilled. The application models characterize the logical view of the application architecture.

The architects here are pertained with the on the whole application structure. They determine on the function of process steps and data management. They also plan the interactions between different components of the model in context of the logical sequences and messages. Apart from this, they also decide what information as well as status should be detained by the model that is of pivotal importance for the HR information system to ensure smooth functioning.
