    In order to update and replace a Human Resource Information System, company should develop understanding about new technology and changes in regulations by government. In this, company should aware about the new technological changes such as changes in information gathering technology, data entry technology, etc. This can be helpful for the company to make long term planning about the updating or replacing HR Information System in the organization.     These governmental laws and regulations can impact on the HRIS and can create problems to update or replace HRIS in long term. Company should also consider changes in IT system of the country, where company operates its business. In today's environment, most of the companies widely uses SAP system that provide effective services in order to record data and information of employees as well as other stakeholders of the company (Kamoche, 2004).
