For example in most cases of conflict is the situation is clarified and communication between the parties is opened up the conflict gets resolved. The leadership provides an insight into the how the team can achieve its goals. The team members see the reasons for the conflict and it gets resolved. If the team is having obstacles in achieving its goals these are identified by the leader and solutions are achieved. The leader improves communication, soothes emotions, and clarifies organizational goals. This helps solve problems.
