I believe my leadership style would best fit an organization that involves risk and is partially based around short-term results. I would do best in an environment where there is a lot of recognition for accomplishing tasks or immediate rewards. Professions that fit my personality would include sales, public relations, a politician or any career that involves keeping a high profile. I would not work well in an organization that is extremely detail-oriented. My interactive personality type tends to focus on accomplishing tasks quickly. I would be least effective in jobs that require extreme detail and lot of analyzing of quantitative data. Jobs that may not have fit my leadership style are a financial analyst, economist, chemist, ...
