Moral leadership can be defined as ability to have an impact on ethical dimensions of leadership. It entails encouraging others to be visionary, kind hearted, promote diversity, oppose self centered tendencies by understanding higher purpose of living, understand the role played by dominance facilitate transformation into relationships of inter-dependence, reciprocity and service (Taylor, 2011).
