The Topic:

The lesson in leadership and ethical open my eyes to find face and information on what it take to be a leader. There are knowledge, skills, and traits. Different leaders take a different approach to express the role of being a leader with respect, really influence others, and power. The class assignment, lessons, and research project promote me into explorer how a leader operate and move. Each lesson teach me and focus into a particular point to prepare me to be a good future leader. I might already have what it takes, but don't know how to put what I have into work. The intellipate given me a deeper insight into step by step to learn and apply the styles, skills, and theories into my lifestyle. Leaders learn to take chance and capture the moment and act upon it. Opportunity is in each one of our hand we just need to know when and how to put it to work and try your best. The lesson or class prepared me to be open to different opticals in life that leader will take me and how to apply it at the right time in other to accomplish the goal.

Great post, I agree there is always a challenge to overcome as leaders and this course has been helpful because of the leadership styles, influence tactics and what to do in certain circumstance as a leader to overcome problems such as discrimination and the application of ethics in dealing with subordinates. Also . I agree that Intellipath is a good learning tool. I like how the previous knowledge learned in earlier sessions help you complete later sessions. I'm currently a manager and think this class and the program will help my career advance and taught me some good skills. Good luck in the future.
