    1. One of the strategies in collaboration is the value-added collaboration in the team network. While the traditional team puts its emphasis on the members' roles, the processes and structured meetings to ensure the flow of information to achieve effective decision making, the focus in this perspective is the importance of having more communication in the team and less on the quality of the knowledge being shared. Some companies still work on this strategy and in fact, many big organizations still rely on structured meetings and ensuring communication between staff more than anything else.
    Another strategy is the way team networks do their roles in the team. The focus of their interactions is quality and production.
