Charismatic Leadership
One of my favorite sociologists is Max Weber. Max Weber created theories concerning social authority. His theory embraced three authority types consisting of traditional, legal, and charismatic. Traditional authority is described as hereditary power and legal authority is basically governmental power in Weber's theoretical view. He described charismatic authority as an influence that is found in leaders to inspire others. Leaders that possess the quality of charisma have a huge advantage of being able to positively motivate staff, maintain high morale levels, and stimulate the willfulness in others to accomplish common goals. Therefore, the focus of this study is the positional stance that charismatic leaders accomplish great things.

Charismatic leaders are influential in great accomplishments within organizations from the perspective of organizational transformation and project management. The primary ways organizational transformations take place are generally through restructuring staff or reengineering systems and processes. Project management is used to complete objectives and achieve business goals. Charismatic leaders commonly assume the role of motivating teams to accomplish tasks with the combinative inclusion of practical project management skills.
