I feel that the benefits of proactive change are far greater than reactive change efforts. When a business makes a proactive change it can get full benefits of setting industry standards, can get several supply chain options, and can develop retailer relationships quickly. The advantages of proactive change are that the business is prepared; it saves time and money, and can quickly identify innovations. Proactive change helps develop a structure and strategy for the business, helps keep ongoing projects within budget, and can easily address employee resistance to change (1). Further, the proactive change enables the business to use leading change methods and best practices.

In business, proactive change means the business gets a better position over its competitors, gets access to attractive deals for raw material purchases, and gets to catch early customer shopping trends. In my opinion, a business with a proactive change develops a more fulfilling workplace, an attractive work experience, and improved project outcomes.
