I need help in developing what a HR manager would want to see for Fresh graduate from college HR management would want to see on attached skill sets. Please just look at the skills required as they are outline and help present ideas of what I can use to sell myself with your expert experience. I really want this job but I have no one to brainstorm with. I have hard time thinking sometimes outside of box. My hope is OTA will use his skills and experience to respond to the questions how they would be attractive to him or her as hiring HR professional. I really need this help so please offer your best recommendations as some who is applying for the job. IF there is any question at all please ask them. This not a class but of the real world need of someone who is trying to move into a new job with his graduate degree in HR.
