Outstanding International Energy Company has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Manager for their US operations.

This is a key role for the corporation; so we are looking for an experienced manager with at least 8 years human resource leadership experience.

Experience within the Oil & Gas or similar energy-industry company highly preferred.

Position will develops policy and directs and coordinate the US human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Essential duties:

Individual will be responsible for leading HR department and spearheading all HR initiatives in the organization.
The Manager of Human Resources will be a contributing member of the senior management team and will be instrumental in the creation of innovative human resource programs.
Individual will support overall business goals and help shape the future of the organization.
The HR Manager will advise department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Make presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
Recruitment for a fast growing environment.
