1} Executive summary
The proposed international marketing plan describes the global marketing of building services for bridges, overpasses and railway bridges. The company hopes to export its services to at least one country during the first year and to at least six countries during the next five years. International marketing will provide excellent avenues for growth and profitability for the company.

2} Definition: International marketing refers to the performance of business activities namely the development of product, pricing, promotion and distribution of the firm goods and service to consumers or users in more than one nation for a profit. The service that your firm will provide will be building services for bridges, overpasses and railway bridges. Your company has extensive experience in building bridges in the USA; however, the economic slowdown has compelled your company to go international.

3} Objective:
The short term objective is to get at least three projects during the next year in a new market each having a value of $3 million and above. The long term objective is to do international marketing so that there are at least sixteen projects in six different countries.
