The ability to locate, gather information from and assess the quality of websites will become more commonplace in the future. To this end it is critical the websites are easy to navigate, user friendly, and appealing to consumers.
In reviewing the Sprint website (http://www.sprint.com/index_n.html?brand=Nextel) my initial reaction was the fullness of each page. The company has given the consumer a lot of information to read and at first it feels overwhelming to the eye. Aesthetically it lacks purpose and direction. The company appears to want to be everything to everybody, from selling new phones, to helping track orders, send text messages, to telling customers about community relations and even letting the consumers know that the company is "ranked #3 among the 500 greenest companies in America".
