Innovation is the driver for successful organizations. 'However, for creativity to take place, leaders must actively implement strategies that encourage it' (Agbor, 2008, p. 39). Good examples of leadership behavior are a catalyst for encouraging creativity and innovation. In the area of ethics, one question that should always be asked is: Just because the idea is innovative and can be done, should it be done? For certain, new and innovative ideas can effectively move a company forward; but at what cost?
