Proper and effective warehousing of the products is one of the basic needs that should be fulfilled by an organization. There are two vital components of the proper management of warehousing. The first one is related to the physical job to create and run the network of storage points and the second one is related to the activities that have to be accomplished by the management in order to control the inventory levels without making any changes in the service levels. In my organization, two tasks that have been mentioned above have not been performed successfully and competently, or it could be said that it (my organization) has not been stored, or warehouse the resources and products efficiently that affect our demand and supply of the resources and products. Warehouse is a place where the companies store their finished goods or services.
