a. Describe the experience: As a contracted employee for an energy company, I was in charge of the succession management planning manual as well as other things. One of the other duties was the yearly budget. Apparently in the past, my boss had always budgeted a new employee in the department. She did this so that she could not hire the new employee but give the extra $60,000 to herself as a bonus. She told me to do this again for this year, and I felt that this was deceitful and misleading.
