Structuring the organization means developing the organization from informal to formal interrelationships of employees and management. In any organization, whether it is organizational structure of a hospital or any other association, employee's responsibilities are defined by what they do, who they report to, and for managers, who reports to them (Lumpkin & Gregory, 2004).
