In my opinion, the people component of the three resources in MIS is the most important, as it is this factor that makes the system and organization work. If the employees of the organization are taken good care of, are paid well for their time and talent and are accredited due respect and acknowledgment for their work, the management information system comes out to be successful and well-balanced. On the other hand, disgruntled and dispirited employees cannot work in cooperation with each other for the overall goal of the MIS project, no matter how advanced and state-of-the-art information or information technology resources are.
