I have very little knowledge in this subject and this assignment calls for a presentation and I am very weak in this area. Please review and let me know if anyone can guide me in the right direction to research a strategic plan. Thanks!

> Choose a company with which you are familiar.
> Create a presentation to explain the integration of the HR planning process and strategic process to new employees in your company.
> Analyze two major HR functions in a company. Provide your analysis of these responsibilities to new employees, along with an explanation of how these integrate into the strategic planning process.
> Organize your paper like this:
o One paragraph identifying the first major HR function (examples, Employment, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Employee Relations) and describe the responsibilities associated with that function.
o One paragraph explaining how this function affects and is integrated with the strategic planning process. Tie your discussion back to at least one or two of the HR Strategies outlined in Figure 2. 1 in Chapter 2 of Managing Human Resources.
o One paragraph identifying the second major HR function (examples, Employment, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Employee Relations) and describe the responsibilities associated with that function.
