I think a wellness program should be apart of every organization. This is because everyone gets healthy as a result, and lives longer. If a person has some type of medical condition, then they are able to recieve the necessary information on how to work out in order to prevent it from getting worse. Another example is if they are disabled from an accident, then they are able to recovery quickly by taking part in a wellness program at their work because then they are able to begin meeting customer's needs at a faster pace. In the end, the company benefits because they are able to have a higher job satisfaction rate as well as more interested people will want to work for them in the future.
