    From the literature on Workplace Wellness programs, there is a direct link between employee wellness and performance excellence. It depends of course, how performance excellence is operationalized or measured (absenteeism, number of sick days, fewer injuries, less human error, and a more harmonious office environment etc.). In fact, the direct relationship is clearly demonstrated through research findings.
