The additions which may be made to the J&J LIF program include, the program should be extended to the family members of the employees, the program should also include control of drug abuse by the members, the program should also enable employees to get their children properly educated, provide insurance for education, and should monitor the progress in school.
In addition, the medical program should have regular screening for cancer at least once a year. Dental screening and treatment should also be included in the package.
