What is your response to this HR scenario?
To my understanding, I requested Oct31 thru Nov 3. It was brought to my attention because of these days off , I have to work 2 weekends in a row, I'm confused can you please explain even though someone else is covering my area. I'll be working 17 days straight. Can you please advise?
Sorry about the late response. I just got home from a trip out to Beaumont. Nobody is going to cover for you. Ram will be doing the prison on Friday but nobody is going there as they did when Sonya was off. I will have a car at my house in case it gets crazy and Sonya needs some help in Brownwood or anywhere else for that matter. Listen, we have started explaining to all the techs that we are going to start demanding exceptional work and actions/behavior from the team members. Complaining about so much, after we have given you the opportunity to be a full time team member, is not exceptional behavior. I'm not trying to scare you or threaten you but please start thinking before you start complaining about having a job.
