There are cultures in every organization. Human Resources hires according to those cultures. The challenges in hiring the right people for the culture are many. The values that align with creating and sustaining an ethical workplace culture come from the values that employees have. These influence the behaviors within the organization. Human Resource's biggest challenge is being able to see the values they are looking for in applicants in a short amount of time. There has to be hiring procedures in place that will give an overall view into the applicant being considered for the job. The six values listed in the article are the key ones that lead to ethical behavior in the workplace.
